To mark Juneteenth, a day that honors Black freedom and Black resistance, join the nationwide weekend of action by attending this local event! We have three demands: restructure policing in the U.S. and invest in Black communities.

  • Arrive at 12:45 p.m. with signs. At 1:00 we will all take a knee at the four corners for 8 minutes and 46 seconds. Afterwards people can stay and display signs as long as they want. There will be no violence, physical or verbal, and we will all wear masks and observe 6 ft. social distance. Sample signs: Celebrating the End of Slavery. End the Legacy of Slavery.
